Performs the actual parsing of the given "ddns-domain" element.

Parses a configuration for the elements needed to instantiate a DdnsDomain, validates those entries, and creates a DdnsDomain instance.

Parameters

domain_config	is the "ddns-domain" configuration to parse
keys	map of defined TSIG keys

Returns

a pointer to the new domain instance
